18.

Any costs, charged or incurred by the

Government for the medical attendance and maintenance

of any person, whether on the ship's articles or not,

who is removed to the "Hygeia" or any other hospital

or place under regulation 6 shall be paid to the

Government by the owners or agents of the vessel,

from which such person is removed.
